4. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to show up for an appointment, will result in a charge for the full cost of the scheduled session.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service. We process payments securely via Stripe. All sales are final. Because of the time, nature, and resources dedicated to your sessions, Koryns Wellness does not offer refunds for services rendered or for late cancellations/no-shows.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Reminders

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Koryns Wellness, you agree to receive text messages related to your appointments and care.

  • Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule.

  • Standard message and data rates may apply.

  • You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Reply "HELP" for assistance.

7. Limitation of Liability
